Braiven (formerly known as Brazn) is an orchestration platform that bridges the gap between Computer Vision AI and IOT for different industries.
Starting with your camera, Braiven transforms your operations digitally through remote monitoring, analysing video analytics to usable data within a single dashboard.
The task was to build, brand and scale the platform accordingly to diverse use cases as we uncover user needs and opportunities along the growth and evolving strategy of the product.

Working with a lean team consisting of 1 Chief Technologist, 1 Product Manager and a humble sized development team, we built the platform starting with a front-end dashboard to show usable data such as an asset’s location on a floorplan, sensor status, camera feeds and analysed data.
As the platform grew, the back-end administrator
was scaled to allow users to define dashboard parameters such as occupancy level threshold for Capacity, blacklists for Vehicles while also being able to configure Smart Alarms to automate actions accordingly to an enterprise’s needs.
The dashboard experience evolved in different stages as we thread through opportunities in verticals such as Agriculture, Retail and Facilities. In the latest pivot, Smart Security for Facilities became the focus of the product.
